SUMMER / INDUSTRIAL TRAINING 2018
Summers is the time to relax for engineers as they get 45-60 days off from their college. This is the time when most of the budding engineers learn new things related to their branch. As we all know, gone are the days when the B.Tech/MCA engineering graduates or MBA’s could simply walk to a high-paying position straight from the university. Now a days recruiters hire candidates with additional skills and knowledge. Moreover engineering & market is controlled by supply and demand. Due to economic downturn and global financial problems employers are searching for skilled professionals. The solution to the problem is to engage and nurture young engineering graduates through technical & soft skills training and internship programs to enhance their practical knowledge and job oriented skills.
